SANATAM is a coordination and arrangement service. We help you arrange pujas, spiritual ceremonies and related requirements — understanding what you need, identifying a suitable Pandit where required, arranging samagri where requested and coordinating the details in between.

Rituals are performed by independent Pandits and service providers. We coordinate the arrangement; we do not present ourselves as the performing priest, and we make no claims about spiritual outcomes.

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it is not a booking. Scope, arrangements and applicable charges are discussed and confirmed with you for each requirement before anything proceeds. No prices are fixed or implied on this website.

Availability depends on the ceremony, the date and time, the city and the availability of suitable Pandits and materials. We will tell you clearly what is possible for your requirement, and any arrangement remains subject to confirmation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible so arrangements can be adjusted. Where costs have already been committed — such as materials procured or provider commitments made — those may not be recoverable. Any such position is discussed with you at the time.

Please share accurate details about your requirement, family practice, venue, date and time, and provide reasonable access and space at the venue where the ceremony is to be held. Delays or changes at the venue may affect what can be arranged.

Where samagri is arranged by SANATAM, items are selected with care and appropriateness for the ceremony in mind. Specific items may vary based on the ritual, the Pandit's guidance, regional practice and local availability, and suitable alternatives may be used where needed.

Pandits and other service providers work independently. Ritual content, sequence and duration follow their guidance and your family's practice. Our role is to coordinate the arrangement and remain your point of contact throughout.
