We collect only the details you choose to submit through our enquiry form: your name, mobile number, city, the type of requirement you select, the ceremony or service name where applicable, your preferred date and preferred time where provided, and the requirement details you write in your own words.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Your details are used to understand your requirement, respond to your enquiry and coordinate the relevant arrangements — for example discussing the ceremony with you, identifying a suitable Pandit where needed and arranging samagri where requested.

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details you provide, in connection with your enquiry.

Where it is necessary to fulfil your requirement, relevant details such as your city, date and the nature of the ceremony may be shared with an independent Pandit or service provider so that arrangements can be coordinated. We share only what is needed for that purpose.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiry details are stored securely with our hosting and database providers and are retained only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a basic record of the coordination.

You may ask us to correct or delete the details you have shared, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to namaskaram@sanatam.life. We will act on such requests within a reasonable period.

We may update this policy as our services develop. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
